"Pretty happy with it so far"
I’ve been using this cookware for a few weeks now, it’s been really solid. I wasn’t sure at first if I was just being overly impressed because it was new, but it does seem to cook very evenly. Food hasn’t really been sticking much, and cleanup has been easier than I expected. It also has a nice weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap. I guess time will tell how it holds up, but so far I’m happy with it.

They showed up a bit late, which was little annoying at first, but it ended up being fine. Once they got there, everything went smoothly and I didn’t have the big issue with the service

"Checkout Felt Like a Mini Saga"
My order did go through in the end, so no disaster there, but the checkout pages were loading so slowly it felt like I was waiting for a plot twist. Then I had to re-enter my shipping info once, which was mildly tragic after I thought I was already done. Not the worst experience ever, just a little annoying. Fingers crossed the delivery part is much less dramatic

"Heats evenly and does the job"
I’ve been using this pan for a bit now and it heats really evenly, with no random hot spots that burn one side of the food. I had a quick question before buying and support basically told me, “it’s designed to spread heat evenly across the surface,” that’s been my experience so far.

"Finally, a Pan That Doesn’t Make Cleanup a Whole Event"
I bought a pan from tramontina.com, the cleanup is the best part. Food actually rinses off quickly, which is shocking because apparently I’ve spent years scrubbing pans for no good reason. No hard scrubbing, no soaking it forever like some kind of kitchen punishment. It just makes weeknight cooking less annoying, and I’ll take that win.

At first, this pan was great. Eggs slid right out and it felt really nonstick. But after a few months, it started sticking a bit even though I only hand washed it and tried to take care of it. It’s not completely awful or unusable, but I expected the nonstick coating to hold up longer. I also wish the care instructions or product info had been clearer about what to expect, because it feels a little frustrating when something works perfectly at first and then starts slipping without much explanation.
